Is your best still to come?
If you want to land that dream job, take a step up the career ladder or even change your career completely then a course at Central could help you get there. We offer a range of courses not only for school leavers but also people aged 19+ who want to improve their qualifications to get on in workplace. So whether you work in the business or management world, in sport, in the arts or photography or the automotive sector, a college course could be just what you need to move on.
Don’t be put off by thinking that college is only a place for young people, more and more students aged 19+ are coming back to college you certainly won’t feel out of place.
And did you know, if you are aged 19+ there may be funding available to help you such as the Advanced Learning Loan. Advanced Learner Loans give students access to financial support for their tuition costs from the Student Loans Company and you will only start to repay the loan once you’ve completed the course and are earning over £21,000.
Loans are available to students studying a Level 3 or Level 4 (not Higher Education) course including BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Access to Higher Education courses and Advanced Apprenticeships. Most students aged 19 and over, studying at Level 3 and above, will qualify for these new loans from the UK government. It’s easy to apply, your household income isn’t taken into account and there is no credit check.
Our Admissions and Student Support team can give you all the advice and help you need so if you need to ask anything call them on 0115 914 6414 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
