This non-accredited course is for you if you have already completed a NCFE Level 1 course(s) at the Textile Workshop and are interested in progressing your skills.

You will learn how to make a variety of sugar flowers, cakes, such as wedding, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

None, however, due to funding rules, you may only enrol on ONE NCFE course for level 2 in each academic year.

Teaching & assessment

Tutors will give regular feedback and you will be encouraged to set your own personal targets as well as shared course objectives.

Progression

By attending the course you will have increased your knowledge, skills and understanding to help you move on and take up further opportunities open to you.

Your tutor will discuss progression opportunities with you at the final session as part of the course evaluation. These may include other community courses, employability skills courses, volunteering opportunities and progression onto other Nottingham College courses.
