Course outline

This course is for you if you want to develop an understanding of how depression affects people and aims to equip people to deal with depression more effectively. 

The course will look at the impact of lifestyle on depression and how to build positive thinking and activity in your life. 

The course is not about stopping depression but about strategies that can help. 

You will need to be at a stage where you can take on new information and deal with talking in a group environment.
