On completion of this course you will be able to:
- Understand the structure of e-mail messages
- Use features such as using address books (contact lists) and groups
- Describe common facilities provided by e-mail systems (archiving, calendars, meetings, tasks/to do lists)
- Troubleshoot routine problems with e-mail (including difficulties with storage and attachments, mail from unknown or misrepresented senders and inappropriate content) and deal with them effectively
