Instructing Kettlebells

Course outline

This course will enable you to instruct personal training clients or gym members exercises using kettlebells. You will also be able to teach group exercise classes with kettlebells.

Over the two days you will be participating in mainly practical activities, whilst understanding various kettlebell techniques and enhancing performance.
