Course outline

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is set of practical skills that you can use to improve how you communicate with others, manage your moods and live a more rewarding life. 

This course is a fun introduction to using the basic tools and techniques of NLP. It will explore strategies to help you think more positively, communicate more effectively and improve your confidence and motivation. 

Previous experience is not necessary as this course is suitable for beginners to NLP.

There are no formal entry requirements however this course is specifically for learners with disabilities, impairments and health problems. Please contact the college to check that you meet the required criteria. 

Teaching & assessment

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. Learners will be encouraged to set their own personal targets as part of this course.

There may be opportunities to progress onto other personal development courses. The course tutor can discuss appropriate opportunities for learners wishing to further their learning in this subject area.
