This course is suitable for people who wish to learn and maintain their mindfulness skills. We will be exploring our current practice, and will be deepening our understanding of what mindfulness can offer us in terms of overall well-being.
You will learn a variety of ways to meditate, and our focus will be on self-acceptance, kindness, compassion, and moving forward in a positive way.
Each week will build on the previous week`s learning.

No qualification awarded
There are no formal entry requirements but you must be aged 19 or over. This course may not be suitable if you are experiencing Mental Health challenges and/or receiving support from your GP or secondary Mental Health Services.
|Teaching & assessment||
Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. You will be encouraged to set your own personal targets as part of this course. This is a non-accredited course and therefore there is no examination.
There may be opportunities to progress onto other relevant courses. The course tutor can discuss appropriate opportunities if you wish to further learning in this subject area.
