This course is perfect if you want to develop your existing music tech knowledge to create, record and engineer music in professional studio environments.
You’ll learn cutting-edge music production techniques using Logic Pro, performing live with Ableton, band recording and live sound engineering. You’ll be training on industry-standard software and equipment.
You can expect studio and live experience, practical projects and opportunities to work with touring musicians, plus access to Roland and Boss equipment.
This course is based at the Clarendon Campus.
UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music Technology
You’ll need 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4 (A*-C), including English Language and Maths – both of these must be grade 9-4 (A*-C) or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths or a relevant Level 2 vocational qualification with English and maths GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C).
Choose to follow with further study at degree-level in music, music technology or sonic arts, or a career in music.
