Course outline

This course is perfect if you have a talent for acting, dance and singing and want to pursue this as a career.

You’ll learn a mixture of dance styles, acting techniques, and a wide variety of music repertoire on a course designed to develop you as a well-rounded, triple theatre musical theatre performer.

You can expect experienced tutors to help you develop the necessary skills required to be successful as a musical theatre performer. You will study: ballet, tap and jazz dance, singing, acting, devising and character work whilst working alongside other students to develop your skills and knowledge.

This course is based at the Clarendon Campus.

You’ll need 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4 (A*-C), including English Language and Maths – both of these must be grade 9-4 (A*-C) or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths or a relevant Level 2 vocational qualification with English and maths GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C).

Progression

Choose to follow with stage school, degree-level study or a career in the performing arts industry.
