This course is aimed at anyone who is involved with a community group. For example you may be a volunteer or a member of a user group. This course will develop your enterprise skills and understanding to take an active part in the development and delivery of enterprise project activities.
The course will cover:
- Exploring enterprise ideas
- Researching the needs of the customer/user
- Planning for the financial needs of the project/group
- Preparing for enterprise activities
