Learn the fundamental life skills needed for healthy everyday living and resilience.

Topics will include:

  • Balancing life`s activities.
  • Health and Wellbeing Principles.
  • Coping with life changes.
  • Stress Management Techniques. Mindfulness for Health (Including Meditation Practices)

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback and you will be encouraged to set your own personal targets. There is no formal examination.
