It involves different strategies for relieving stress including relaxation techniques, lifestyle changes and challenging thinking.
The course is for anyone who feels under pressure and reaching boiling point.

There are no formal entry requirements however this course is specifically funded for learners with disabilities, impairments and health problems.

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. Learners will be encouraged to set their own personal targets as part of this course.
There may be opportunities to progress onto other personal development courses. The course tutor can discuss appropriate opportunities for learners wishing to further their learning in this subject area.
