This course is suitable for anyone wishing to experience the wonderful moving meditation of Tai Chi and to enjoy a dynamic and fun activity in a friendly adult class.
It incorporates breathing exercises and gentle physical exercise to strengthen muscles and improve your flexibility and balance.

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. Learners will be encouraged to set their own personal targets as part of this course.
There may be opportunities to progress onto other health and wellbeing courses. The course tutor can discuss appropriate opportunities for learners wishing to further their learning in this subject area.
This course is funded by Inspire and learners have the opportunity to do one Inspire funded course each academic year. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
