The course is taught by an experienced web developer who, during the course, will be passing on his knowledge in the subject areas including hosting and Search engine optimisation.
The course is part demonstration and part practical.
The first part of the course will be spent looking at extending the students knowledge in using Dreamweaver and hand-coding HTML; creating webpage layouts using CSS, adding forms and using templates to control content.
Completion of the beginners course in web design or suitable level of knowledge.
It is assumed that the learner has a basic knowledge of working with computers.

During the course the students will be producing a website using the techniques learned and this project will be assessed at the end of the course.
Progression can be discussed with the course tutor.
It would be very beneficial to have access to the Adobe software outside of the sessions.
