Partnerships

AutoRaise, Believe in Young People, Emtec and Gemini have created a unique partnership to provide young people the very best opportunities and training within the accident repair industry.

The AutoRaise Charity

Auto Raise

AutoRaise, the Vehicle Repair industry’s charity, is committed to reversing the skills shortage. We work together with Repairers, Training Providers, Colleges, Schools, Work Providers and the Industry Supply Chain to present the Vehicle Repair industry to young people as a genuine alternative to other employment opportunities, further education or university. AutoRaise promotes a range of Apprenticeship paths to bring new blood into the industry today, ensuring the qualified talent of tomorrow.

Drawing on our strategic relationships with vehicle repairers and diverse youth career channels, we aim to engage and encourage young people between the ages of 13 and 24 into vehicle repair and, ultimately, present the sector as a dynamic and attractive environment to work in. We provide unrivalled support for employers and potential candidates to ensure that both parties maximise their opportunities and that Apprentices are nurtured to achieve a valued position in the future of our industry.

BiYP

Bi Yp Logo

Believe in Young People (BiYP) is a charity which both prepares and places young people into the world of work. Founded in 2012, we bring together educators and employers to offer young people the best possible chance to find a job or successfully apply for an apprenticeship. Two out of three of BiYP students are either hired or offered an apprenticeship - a success rate we are incredibly proud of and wish to expand to schools up and down the country.

We started BiYP because of our passionate belief that every young person leaving education, should have the necessary tools and confidence to help them forge their own career path and find their dream job. We have created a new and innovative service that transforms careers advice.

BiYP provides a tailored end-to-end experience for each young person from Year 7 to Year 13 - taking them step-by-step through their own personal journey to gain the knowledge, skills and experience they need to enter the workplace.
