Course co-ordinator Colin Nolan said:

Keir’s project was promising from the first proposal but it developed into something special. The research, the self-criticism and the depth of analysis was absolutely outstanding. It certainly raised the bar as far as the rest of the group were concerned. I think it tackles a major organisational problem for our movement in a thorough, rigorous and imaginative manner. It is a fine example of worker-centred research and a brilliantly coherent report and presentation.
