Your username for accessing college systems will be your unique student number e.g. 110011. Your college email address will be in the format of: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you encounter any problems logging into your college account or require your password to be reset, please contact our IT Helpdesk on 0115 884 2299.
It is your responsibility to protect your personal information such as your password at all times. Always make sure that nobody is looking over your shoulder when you are typing in your personal information, try and memorise your Password, don’t leave documentation with key personal data on it for others to see, and log-off properly and promptly when you have finished.
