You’ll get great support and facilities to help unlock your creative potential at Central. Our art, design, fashion, textiles, 3D and photography studios are equipped with commercially-relevant resources including Mac computers and professional software.
Experienced current practitioners within the arts and creative industries deliver and support the curriculum using present day trends and techniques.
We offer further education courses from Level 1 to Level 3 providing you with excellent progression opportunities - either here at Central, with other HE providers or into employment.
The programmes are enriched with overseas residentials and visits to national galleries and creative venues.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in creative showcases with other European countries and including an annual residential work Scholarship to Karlsruhe, Germany, supporting and collaborating with design students from the Carl Hofer Schule.
Our end of year shows will enable you to exhibit your work at Central and at a variety of Nottingham venues. Many of our previous students have won awards for their work and your tutors will support you to enter competitions regionally, nationally and internationally.
